Welcome to Team Mitcham Cricket Club!
Founded in 2009 by three close friends united by an undying passion for cricket, Team Mitcham CC has grown from humble beginnings into a thriving community club. What started as a single friendly team has flourished into a full-fledged club proudly fielding four teams. In 2025, we are excited to announce that our three XI’s will compete in the newly formed Surrey Championship League.
Over the years, we’ve achieved incredible milestones and built a strong foundation for the future. However, our journey is far from over. To continue our development, sustain our growth, and thrive as a club, we are seeking vital funding and support from our community and beyond.

At the heart of Team Mitcham CC lies a shared mission: to foster a vibrant cricket community that celebrates the love of the game at all levels. Guided by a five-year strategy, our goals focus on four key pillars: growth, community, inclusivity, and legacy.
We strive to create an open and welcoming environment that offers opportunities for everyone, regardless of age, gender, ability, race, religion, or sexual orientation. Our players hail from a diverse range of areas including Mitcham, Morden, Colliers Wood, Croydon, Tooting, Beddington, Wallington, Cheam, Sutton, and Carshalton. Together, we’re building a club that truly represents the diverse communities of Surrey.

Foster a strong sense of community and shared passion for cricket, welcoming both athletic and non-athletic members.
Roll out a junior cricket program in 2025 to nurture the next generation of cricket enthusiasts. With growing interest from youngsters, we’ll partner with the Surrey Cricket Foundation to provide expert guidance and support.
Promote inclusivity, ensuring that everyone has a chance to play, grow, and thrive in a supportive environment.
